Yes, there's homework in CrossFit

6AMers--another great job today! If you're sore, be sure to still stay active, gets that blood flowing back to the muscles! I was really impressed with the retention and improvement of the squats...keep up the hard work! Here's your homework videos for techniques:

And then check out these pull downs! See if you can spot the 3 things (or maybe more) wrong with this guy's pull downs...I want to know your answers in class on Friday!!!
