Jeremy and I hit up the local Y today for workout! The crossfit.com WOD we were supposed to attack was 3 rounds for time: 5 rope climb ascends, 21 ring dips, 50 squats. Due to limited equipment we had to modify....
Jeremy-- 1 rope ascend=8 L-pullups. 1 ring dip=3 pushups with hands on dumbbells and feet on bench, 50 squats=50 squats. 3 rds: 5x8 L pullups, 63 DB pushups, 50 squats. 51:00
Emily-- I sub'ed 1 rope ascend for 8 strict pulldowns. Did DB pushups with feet on floor. 3 rds: 5x8 pulldowns 55%BW, 63 DB pushups, 50 squats. 29:45
Also warmed up with 1,000m row and snatch progressions with barbell
