WHY GO PALEO?? Paleo is the caveman diet, if a caveman didn't have the technology or tools to eat something, we shouldn't either. Our bodies haven't advanced as much as our scientists have...and food products such as dairy and grains, or anything made from dairy and grains actually harm your body more than they help "add calcium or fiber." Below are a couple reads, may be a bit "too sciency" for some, but the intro and overall knowledge are great. So...why go paleo?? Because optimum performance is key, health and wellness are vital, and because cavemen didn't die from heart disease, diabetes, obesity, or colon cancer.
