July 2 WOD 6am--4 rounds for time: 20 box jumps, 20 push ups, 20 med. ball granny tosses, 20 sit ups with med. ball. GREAT JOB!! Today was a killer, I know, but you all pushed yourselves and worked through it! I am so proud of all of your achievements so far, and it's only been 4 weeks! Happy 4th of July, have a great 3-day weekend, see you all Monday!
6am crew--For those of you who wanted to know if I had done this workout yet..I did it last night!! Although I did do the med. ball tosses straight up in the air and let them fall, not across court like you (which can add a little time) I finished in 15:53. Have a great weekend!
