--Your muscles don't get leaner...you do!
--There is no possible way to "lengthen" your muscles without some radical orthopedic surgery.
--Fat does not make you fat! Nor does +protein make your muscles bulk up and -protein make them smaller.
--There ARE such things as "good" and "bad" carbs. Don't eat the bad ones often!
--Women, no matter how much weight they lift, will never ever get as big as men. (Unless those men are slim by nature and deconditioned, or 12 years old, or unless those women take steroids.)
--Cutting water-weight is not a form of weight loss. Hydrate or die!!
--Your body does not "train" itself to hold onto fat instead of burning it. Nor can you stimulate weight/fat loss in one specific area.
--"Cardio" = "50 burpees"
--Everyone google "hyperinsulinemia."
--SQUAT!!!
--Any activity is and should be science-based. Be a student of your sport, learn and apply daily.
