20min AMRAP, one person per team at a time, alternating each round
1 lap around basketball court consisting of:
1st length: sprint half court, back, full court
1st corner: 25 v-ups/sit-ups
1st width: push-up position walk about crawl
2nd corner: 25 squats
2nd length: same sprint
3rd corner: 15 double-unders/50 singles
2nd width: burpees w/ bounding jump for distance
