Full: means starting the lift from the ground/ie. mid-shin
Power: landing in the "power" or "jump" position, 1/8 squat
Squat: landing at the bottom, full front squat, required for the legit Clean
3 rounds, 2 min rest between
1 full power clean
2 hang squat cleans
3 push jerks
perform that series 3x then,
20 yard shuttle run 1x
