~Grilled chicken, steak, shrimp skewers
~Cut up veggies dipped in hummus (think bell peppers, cucumber, carrots, snap peas, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower)
~Mixed nuts (brazil, almonds, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, macadamia nuts)
~Dried veggies (for crunch, instead of chips) and dried fruit (for sweet-tooth)--in the grocery store in the bulk nuts asile, there is a brand called "Just ____" and they are in plastic containers, they are "just apples", or "just carrots", or "just raisins" and the ONLY ingredient is what it says it is...no added anything, ever!
