Starting last Monday, and everyday without question, I vow to do: assisted ring dips, assisted still dips, transition drills, negative dips, jumping pullups, recline ring rows, pullups, static holds on the rings, false grip holds, jumping transitions...whatever I can possibly think to do in order to get MY FIRST MUSCLE UP!!!
I challenge you to do the same! Pick one thing, just one, you want to improve on or "get"...your most important goal, and PUSH IT, WORK IT, DRILL IT, PRACTICE IT every day!! Even 3-5 minutes, that's all you need. Work on your goal each day, in no time you will achieve it and be in search of the next best thing!!
