Thursday night CrossFit swimming WOD:
For time
25 squats, 150m kick
25 squats, 25 wall push ups, 150m pull
25 squats, 25 wall push ups, 25sec. vert kick, 150m swim
This is our first WOD!! Of course, we will warm up, refresh Tuesdays techniques, and make you better/faster/more efficient!
