Partner WOD for Friday the 21st
2 rounds of--
6 min- 250m run and max DB thrusters, 1 min rest
6 min- 250m run and max DB swings, 1 min rest
Time starts, each person must complete the 250m run. The remainder of the 6 minutes, you and your partner complete max reps of the exercise...only one person working at a time! Add both person's total reps together for score. At end of WOD, overall score is total number of reps from all 4 exercises (2x thrusters and 2x swings).
